俄乌局势持续发酵，战事已经进入到第五天。

目前最新的情况是俄乌同意坐下来和谈，俄乌双方代表团均已到达白俄罗斯境内。俄媒表示，俄乌会谈预计将于北京时间17时开始。

俄罗斯卫星通讯社报道：俄罗斯代表团团长、俄罗斯总统助理弗拉基米尔·梅金斯基表示，莫斯科和基辅代表的会谈大概将于12时（北京时间17时）开始。

他对记者说：“我们刚刚收到消息，乌拉尔代表团将在约一小时后抵达，因此我们将在12点坐到谈判桌旁。”。
梅金斯基说，俄乌谈判的地点得到乌方同意，靠近乌克兰边境。
梅金斯基补充说，乌克兰代表团前往白俄谈判地点的行程得到安全保障，推迟时间是“有理由的”。

俄罗斯入侵乌克兰第五天，在乌克兰人顽强抵抗下，俄军的进攻速度被指正在放缓，乌克兰与俄罗斯今天在白罗斯边境开始谈判。基辅拒绝城下之盟，要求俄方"立即"停火撤军。

乌克兰总统府今天2月28日上午发布声明中说：乌克兰谈判代表团已抵达乌克兰-白俄罗斯边境地区参加谈判。并说，“关键问题是立即停火和从乌克兰领土撤军”。

乌克兰谈判代表团由乌克兰国防部长雷兹尼科夫（Oleksiï Reznikov）率领，陪同他的是总统顾问波多利亚克（Mikhaïlo Podoliak）。

法新社说，在俄军进攻乌克兰第五天，莫斯科说它希望在周一的会谈中寻求与基辅找到一个"协议"，因为其攻势似乎遇到了比预期更大的阻力。

俄方谈判代表、克里姆林宫顾问梅丁斯基（Vladimir Medinski）在电视上说：冲突每持续一个小时，就有乌克兰公民和士兵死亡。"我们已经同意达成协议，但它必须符合双方的利益。

这次谈判是在白罗斯的戈梅利地区举行，靠近乌克兰边境，距离乌克兰境内发生事故的切尔诺贝利核电站不远。

俄罗斯总统普京在对乌克兰发动侵略时，曾发誓要将乌克兰"非军事化"和"去纳粹化"。他指控基辅策划了一场对讲俄语的人的"种族灭绝"。而法国一位专家日前在电视辩论中提醒大家：当年希特勒攻打波兰时也曾用“德国人在波兰受迫害”作为侵略的借口。

So this is not something he is looking for.
