　　举世瞩目的薄熙来案开庭了。

　　从历史的角度看，站在被告席上等待判决的不是薄熙来这个人，而是作为执政党的中国共产党。最终做出判决的也不是那些个所谓的法官，而是历史和人民。

　　第一，历史将判决，共产党是不是已经从一个全心全意为人民服务的无产阶级政党变成了一个由官僚资本家组成的贪污腐败俱乐部。

　　毫无疑问，在今天这个几乎无官不贪的盛世，百分之九十九的贪官都是共产党的大小干部。

　　30多年来，经历了数不清的所谓对贪官的审判，听过千万遍反腐倡廉旦旦信誓，人们看到的事实却是，腐败越演越烈，贪腐的级别越来越高，人数越来越多，手段越来越卑鄙，金额越来越巨大。整个整个官场，事实上也就是执政党的核心，已经完全腐烂了。

　　试问，纵观全球，世界上有哪个大国的总理，执政党的顶级领导，被美国的纽约时报公开揭露，其家族通过各种非法手段疯狂敛财72亿美元。如此弥天丑闻，这个执政党却不了了之，即不立案调查，又不敢公开辟谣，更不敢向八千万党员和13亿人民坦然说明真相，如果这还不算腐败，那么，哪里还能找到更腐败的的执政党？

　　可想而知，一班大贪官当然不会真的反对贪官和腐败吗，他们要做的，只不过是借机排除异己或者欺骗人民。

　　如果那些高高在上的所谓党和政府的各级领导人及其家属，包括邓小平，江泽民，朱镕基，胡锦涛，温家宝，习近平，李克强，不公布他们的财产，如果温家宝家族27亿美元的贪腐案不彻底清查，人们只会相信他们也是贪官，根本不会相信对薄曦来的审判真的是对贪污腐败的审判。

　　而且，即便以贪腐的罪名给薄曦来定罪，贪腐的汹涌势头还将更加汹涌，不可阻挡。

　　也就是说，薄曦来案的审判，不论结果如何，如果不能实现从上到下公布各级党政官员的财产，不能彻底清查温家宝家族27亿美元大案，不能从根本上制止腐败，历史完全可以判决，共产党这个名字已经名不副实，这个用无数革命先烈生命和鲜血换来的响当当的牌子，已经成了由一帮贪污腐败分子组成的官僚资本家招摇撞骗的挡箭牌。 .

　　第二，人民将判决，共产党是否还有执政的资格。

　　众所周知，薄熙来的问题，本质上是一个政治路线问题。

　　历史已经证明，共产党是靠全心全意为人民服务，为人民利益抛头颅洒热血，获得人民信任和拥护，才有资格走上执政舞台的。

　　从所谓改革开放以来，在邓小平机会主义猫论的指导下，共产党作为执政党，已经抛弃了自己的共产主义理想和全心全意为人民服务的执政路线，有奶便是娘，有钱就是爹，唯利是图，疯狂窃国，各级大小干部和官员，无一不在在改革开放和发展的口号下，毫无监督的把国库掏光，把土地卖光，扶植和勾结黑社会，血腥暴力拆迁，无恶不为，无所不能，其目的只有一个，堂而皇之的捞取政绩，偷偷摸摸的中饱私囊。

　　正是在这种污浊馄饨中，薄熙来在重庆开启了一条唱红打黑，共同富裕的政治路线，为挽救共产党的堕落，为中国发展的未来，指出了一条光明的道路。

　　唱红，就是要继承共产主义前辈的光荣历史，发扬共产党的光荣传统，振兴共产主义的伟大理想，重建思想道德领域的制高点。

　　打黑，就是要严惩党和政府内大大小小的腐败分子，毫不留情的清除社会各种黑势力，还人民一个清白的执政党和一个清洁的社会。

　　共同富裕，就是要全心全意为绝大多数人民的利益服务，而不是只为少数特权和上层的利益服务。社会是全民的，不是某些人私有财产，社会财富是全民创造的，不是属于几个特权阶级的，更不能被那些贪官污吏窃为己有。

　　如果对薄熙来的审判，没有让作为执政党的共产党回归毛泽东思想，走唱红打黑，共同富裕，全心全意为人民服务的路线，而是扼杀这一线光明，坚持唯利是图的猫论，继续沿着脱离人民，贪污腐败，唯利是图，为金钱和少数人服务的路线走下去，人民完全可以判决，共产党的中央领导已经丧失了执政的资格，必须由健康的力量来取代腐败的组织。
