Russian missile cruiser "Varyag" in Libyan Tobruk port. The destroyer Marshal Shaposhnikov entered the port also.The city is under the control of the Libyan National Army of Marshal Haftar. Since 2016, Haftar has been offering Russia to open a full-fledged naval base in Benghazi in exchange for military assistance.Looks like Russia is doing all the things, it held off to not provoke and confront.
