俄罗斯卫星通讯社莫斯科10月16日电 泽连斯基表示，在顿巴斯阿尔乔莫夫斯克（巴赫穆特）附近，乌军形势严峻，几天没发生变化。
此前卢甘斯克人民共和国民兵组织军官安德烈·马罗奇科表示，阿尔乔莫夫斯克附近正在发生战斗，乌军撤退到该市西部和西北部。
泽连斯基在发布在Telegram上的发言中称：
“在前线不同部分正在继续进行积极行动。顿涅茨克和卢甘斯克州的局势仍然非常严峻。最严峻的是巴赫穆特方向，就像前几天一样，我们坚守阵地。”
顿涅茨克人民共和国国土防御指挥部13日表示，阿尔乔莫夫斯克方向奥佩特诺耶和伊万格勒被解放。上述居民点距离阿尔乔莫夫斯克6公里左右。
在顿涅茨克人民共和国被基辅控制部分的阿尔乔莫夫斯克市（巴赫穆特）是重要的交通枢纽。
