像中国这样的半外围大国能上升为核心吗?以半导体产业为例 ...

摘要: 半外围大国(如印度和中国)想要进入核心是不可能实现的,他们最多只能拥有少量从事某种程度上准核心生产的工人贵族。半外围地区的统治阶级企图通过产业升级来加入核心的“雄心壮志”在当前的资本主义世界体系中必然化为泡影。

我想创新方面可能孰优孰劣,有争议的。但传播来讲我总觉得是不是社会主义快点,毕竟原社会主义国家都是落后的农业国,经过社会主义建设和苏联的帮助都很快发展起来了。

至于朝鲜为什么七十年代以前发展快,大概主要还是因为计划经济的优势+中苏两大国的援助

我看到前面讲,在上世纪大家谈朝鲜的时候,总是北朝鲜优于南朝鲜,南朝鲜始终是落后的。能不能理解为在社会主义制度下,技术的传播和转让要远比资本主义的快,社会主义国家往往直接进行技术的转移,而不像资本主义要通过一系列的条件才得以有转移的可能?

中国特色放弃走社会主义道路,只能在资本主义世界体系苟延残喘,怎能“争霸”?
在现在的中国, 在各个领域,特别是在科技领域大肆宣扬个人的成就,忽视广大的科研工作者以及团队精神,造成勾心斗角,尔虞我诈,怎能获得真正的科研成果?

这篇文章与红色中国网有一个共同的观点:当今世界体系的“核心”容量是有限的,是不能超过世界人口一个特定的比例的。因此,就算今天的核心国家自愿外围化,当今世界体系也不可能同时容纳中国和印度同时成为核心国家。

未来的世界不是谁能“争霸”成功成为核心或霸权国家的问题,而是世界体系既容不下这么多的核心国家,也无法继续在一个衰落霸权中苟活的问题。一句话,是资本主义世界体系的总危机问题。
